There being no further objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 1, lines 5 - 6: Delete "five or more miles below the posted speed limit" Page 1, line 6, following "roadway": Insert "outside of an urban area" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Croft objected. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the question be divided. 2002-05-11 House Journal Page 3528 The Speaker ruled that the question was divisible. There being no objection, Amendment No. 1 was divided. Amendment No. 1, Part A: Page 1, lines 5 - 6: Delete "five or more miles below the posted speed limit" The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1, Part A be adopted?" There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1, Part B was adopted.
